Mamood Moktari is a Broker Associate and has been a resident of Berkeley since 1978. He attended SF State University and has been in Real Estate business for over 20 years, helping buyers and sellers in Berkeley, Albany, Kensington, El Cerrito and Oakland. In addition to Single Family Homes, he has extensive experience in selling multi-family residential properties and property management. Mamood is an expert negotiator and persistent advocate for his clients. His three children have graduated from Berkeley public schools and are now finishing college.

Uma Moldenhawer was born in India. She has an MBA from Virginia Tech and has been a Berkeley resident since 1993. Prior to obtaining her Real Estate license, Uma has worked as a Marketing and Risk Management consultant in the financial industry for over 15 years. She lives in Berkeley with her husband and they have a daughter who attends a Berkeley public school.
