Our History

Berkeley Hills Realty is a firm that goes back more than half a century. We are an independent, locally-owned company that treats each customer — buyer or seller — as an individual with specific goals. We specialize in East Bay properties because we live here, and we have for a long time. Founded as Berkeley Realty, the firm became Berkeley Hills Realty in 1980. As The East Bay Specialist, the firm now has more than fifty years of experience with residential properties in Berkeley, Albany, Kensington, El Cerrito, Richmond, Oakland, Piedmont, Emeryville, Lamorinda, Alameda and surrounding areas.
